1. Service provider
Keyu Commerce Studio is provided by 南京钶宇数字传媒有限公司 ("we", "us", or "our"). Questions about these terms may be sent to dev@keyucc.top.
2. Scope of service
Keyu Commerce Studio supports authorized business users in preparing, uploading, publishing, and managing short-form promotional video content and eligible product-linked content through supported third-party platform capabilities.
3. User responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use only accounts and content that you are authorized to control, and comply with applicable law and the policies of any platform connected through the service. You are responsible for the content, product information, and publishing decisions you submit.
4. Account and authorization
Where account authorization is required, you authorize access through the applicable platform's authorization process. You may revoke that authorization through the applicable platform or service controls. We do not obtain ownership of your third-party account or your content.
5. Data and content handling
We process account, content, and product information only as needed to provide the authorized workflow, maintain service security, and meet legal obligations. Our data practices are further described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Third-party platforms may change, limit, reject, or remove content and features under their own terms and policies. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or acceptance of any submitted content.
